  • After the selection, you assign the suitable candidates to the position as applicants - not individually, but en bloc. You then start the workflow for all selected candidates and begin with the first step: making contact.

  • Candidates who pose a risk in terms of GDPR are flagged in the TalentPool. With just one click, you can obtain their consent to data storage by automated email - quickly and legally compliant.

  • Assign any number of language skills, industry and management experience and specialist expertise to each candidate to create detailed skills profiles.

    - Classify language skills according to the CEFR rating (A1-C2).
    - You specify industry and management experience in years.
    - You assess specialist skills with a rating.

    On this basis, a skills profile is automatically generated in PDF format and attached when an application is sent. In addition, you can download the profile at any time independently of the workflow - in full or anonymized - and use it to present candidates by e-mail if you want to actively place candidates without a search request.
