About us
We are executive search consultants ourselves and founded our company in 2009. Our focus is not only on Executive Search , but also on Expert Search. The special requirements of expert search in particular made it clear to us over 15 years ago that we needed IT support that would
- enables the creation and management of a large talent pool in order to specifically identify the candidates who exactly match the requirements profile of a position,
- allows highly individualized communication with candidates based on their background and "value propositions",
- also efficiently supports the management of clients, suppliers, authorities and contacts.
We were also aware that with the large volumes of data in Expert Search, the required quality can only be ensured with workflow management. We needed a solution that would give us transparency at all times, even with a large candidate pipeline with several hundred candidates per position - so that we never lose track, know exactly where each candidate is in the process and which documents have already been exchanged.
Added to this were our requirements as entrepreneurs and managers:
We needed a system that went far beyond recruiting and CRM/xRM - a solution that would also support us in managing our business, from sales and cost management to the creation of invoices, reminders and credit notes to the legally compliant, audit-proof archiving of our documents.
Applicant management, business management and document archiving systems already existed in 2009. However, each had its own master data basis, all differed in terms of user guidance - and most were not cloud-based, but had to be installed and maintained locally. A solution that seamlessly integrated customer and contact management, project and applicant management, business management and document archiving did not exist at the time - and to our knowledge still does not.
We therefore decided to develop an Internet service ourselves that would fully meet our requirements. Since then, our solution has been continuously developed, migrated several times to modern web application platforms and is now perfectly tailored to the requirements of smaller executive search consultants working in direct search.
